The Villa spans approximately 350 square meters and accommodates up to 10 guests in five elegant double en suite bedrooms. Designed for comfort and luxury, the property combines spacious interiors with serene outdoor areas, perfect for a relaxing getaway.

 

Ground Floor
The ground floor features a large open-plan living area, including a modern kitchen, a dining area, a fireplace lounge, and a cozy TV room. Two patios extend the living space outdoors: a dining patio connected to the kitchen with a table for 12 and a gas-fired BBQ, and a lounge patio with seating for 10. This level also houses two en suite bedrooms:

 

• Bedroom 1: Double bed (160 x 195 cm), parquet flooring, en suite bathroom with walk-in marble shower, air conditioning, and scenic landscape views.
• Bedroom 2: Two single beds (80 x 200 cm, can be joined on request), parquet flooring, en suite bathroom with walk-in marble shower, air conditioning, and landscape views.

First Floor
The first floor comprises three luxurious en suite bedrooms:

 

• Bedroom 3: Queen bed (180 x 200 cm), en suite bathroom with walk-in marble shower, air conditioning, and landscape views.
• Bedroom 4: Master bedroom with a queen bed (180 x 200 cm), parquet flooring, a sitting area, a freestanding bathtub, flat-screen TV, en suite bathroom with walk-in marble shower and double sinks, air conditioning, and landscape views.
• Bedroom 5: Master bedroom with a king-size bed (200 x 200 cm), parquet flooring, a sitting area, flat-screen TV, en suite bathroom with a walk-in double marble shower and double sinks, air conditioning, and landscape views.

Outdoor Spaces
Set within a beautifully landscaped garden of approximately 1 hectare, the outdoor areas are designed for relaxation and entertainment. Key features include:

 

• A 500-square-meter pool area with a fully fenced infinity pool (13 x 6 meters), two gazebos, a dining area with seating for 10, and an outdoor kitchen.
• A lounge area with two double hammocks and a fire pit.
• A bocce court (petanque).
• A panoramic loggia featuring a Jacuzzi.

Amenities and Facilities
The Villa is equipped with air conditioning in all rooms, high-speed Wi-Fi indoors and outdoors, satellite television, and portable Bluetooth speakers. The kitchen offers a range of modern appliances and utensils, while the laundry area includes a washing machine, dryer, iron, and ironing board. Families with small children will appreciate the availability of two cribs and highchairs. Outdoor culinary options abound, with a poolside kitchen trolley (complete with an induction cooker, sink, and refrigerator) and a barbecue in the loggia. The wellness area includes a Jacuzzi, sauna, and lounge chairs. Additional amenities include a bocce court and an EV charging station by the garage.
