Client seemed to really like the unit. Did not speak to the broker. Will follow up

Unit was too small for clients. 

They really liked it. Would be a Pied-a-Terre. There were 3 homes they were in between, and this was one of them. 

Wife seemed to love it

Husband came back to view. For now, they decided to move forward with another unit.

Husband has to come back to the office 2/3 days a week. Will use it as a pied a terre. Also toured some studios in the West Village. Loved the views and the size of the rooms and the kitchen! And the clever way the storage problem has been solved in the apartment. They are still discussing it, but their concern is mainly with the bathroom as it is only accessible from the bedroom.

Leo liked the unit, it is in his top 3.  

French citizen, has been living here for 5 years. Works for Givenchy. Likes the apartment, the sublet policy is a big plus for him. He's seeing 5 more apartments today. We spoke with broker following the showing and the client liked 310 East 49 street better but sublet policy doesn't work for him there so he is reconsidering 166 East 35. His broker broker will keep us posted.

Client seems interested, has been looking for a while and this could work out well.

Lives on 34th and 1st. His lease is over in April. Also saw 12C but seems to prefer this apartment more as it has an open kitchen. He may make an offer

Parents buying for their working daughter. Also toured 12C but seem to have a preference for this one. 

Wants to come back with her parents, really liked the apartment.

Has been looking since October. Will make a final list of the apartments she likes and make offers. Will be financing - wants to come back in early February with client parents; this was a favorite for the day. She's not ready to make a decision but we will request another showing when her dad is back in town in the beginning of Feb.

Parents will help with the downpayment. Son is already pre-approved. Liked the building and loose sublet policy.
