Born and raised in the heart of Chicago, the fast past energy that is synonymous with urban living is what drew Bea to the dynamic pace of Real Estate. Working with Compass for almost 2 years as a Transaction coordinator in Chicago, Bea was excited to transition to an even faster paced market such as the New York City one.
 
Graduating from the University of Vermont in 2022 with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, Bea believes in the power of connecting with others, which gratifies her through her involvement in client-facing work. Her greatest strengths are her organization and eye for fine detail. She recognizes that each deal is nuanced, and in a fast past market, that diligence is crucial.

She is a pillar of the Falleroni Team, a top producing team that by leveraging 4 languages spoken and 25 years of experience achieved $750MM+ in executed sales.

Offering backend support to each deal that happens on the team, ensuring a smooth and seamless transaction for all parties involved, she establishes a supportive environment for buyers and sellers, tenants and landlords, ensuring that clients are supported at every step of a transaction.

Speaking both Hebrew and Spanish and with a love for world travel, she is adamant about being in a culturally rich environment.
